Our stay was pretty fun, especially with the kids enjoying the indoor water park and themed attractions. However, the hotel itself felt dated and was really understaffed, which affected our overall experience. The cleanliness of our room was acceptable, but not worth the high price we paid. Dining options were quite disappointing, and some rides at the park were closed, which was frustrating. There's potential for a great experience, but significant improvements are needed.

Rooms
5.0
The room was clean but had an unpleasant smell that required airing out. Given the price, I expected better conditions.
Service
5.0
Service was noticeably lacking as the hotel seemed to be understaffed, leading to long wait times for assistance.
Location
7.0
The hotel's location is decent with easy access to the indoor water park and other activities for kids, but not much else nearby.
Dining
5.0
Dining was disappointing, with limited options and poor food quality. We ended up eating elsewhere because it just wasn’t worth it.
Facilities

Facilities felt outdated, and some attractions were closed, which detracted from our overall enjoyment.

We had a decent time at the hotel, especially considering its proximity to the amusement park and the indoor water park, which my kids loved. The rooms were clean, but could definitely use some updating. The dining options were hit or miss, and the overall experience felt more suitable for younger kids, which was a downside for my teens. It was a fun family getaway, but if you're looking for something more thrilling, you might want to look elsewhere.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were clean and accommodating for our family, but they definitely need some renovations. There were marks on the walls and stains on the carpet.
Service
7.0
The service was overall good, with pleasant staff who were accommodating. However, we did have to wait quite a bit for breakfast at Johnny Rocket's, which was frustrating.
Location
8.0
The location was convenient, especially being within walking distance to the amusement park. It made it easy for us to run back to the hotel and hit the water park.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience varied; while lunch at Johnny Rockets was good, breakfast at the buffet was a letdown with cold, overcooked food.
Facilities
7.0
The indoor water park was a highlight, although it was on the smaller side. My kids found it enjoyable, but older ones might not stay entertained long.

My stay at the lodge was a mixed bag. While the indoor water park was a hit with my kids and the staff was generally pleasant, the accommodations left much to be desired. The rooms were not only dirty but seemed poorly maintained and uncomfortable. Additionally, the value for money felt off, especially with the dining options that were overpriced for the quality. Overall, it was fun for the kids, but I can't say I would recommend it based on our experience.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were dirty, had an ant infestation, and were equivalent to motel quality. I really didn't expect to find this level of discomfort.
Service
7.0
The staff was generally friendly, but we encountered mixed responses about room cleaning and maintenance.
Location
6.0
The lodge's location was convenient for access to the water park and Six Flags, though the atmosphere felt less vibrant this time around.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were poor in quality and overpriced. I wouldn't recommend the food at all; it seemed mass-produced and lacked flavor.
Facilities
7.0
The water park was enjoyable and kept the kids entertained, but the overall maintenance could be improved.

We had a good time at the lodge, especially with the indoor water park and fun activities for the kids. The room was spacious and clean, although a little outdated. Service was mostly friendly, but we did have an issue with door access. The location is convenient with nearby attractions, but some dining options seemed pricey for what they offered.

Rooms

Our room was spacious and clean, with two queen beds and a queen sofa bed for the kids, but it was a bit banged up with chipped furniture.

We had a decent stay overall. The hotel is in a great location with fun activities close by, especially the water park. The rooms, while clean and comfortable, showed signs of wear and could definitely use some updates. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made our experience more enjoyable, but some aspects like housekeeping and food service need improvement.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were clean and comfortable but had minor wear and tear, indicating they haven't been updated in a while.
Service
7.0
The staff was super friendly and accommodating, making sure our check-in went smoothly. However, they seemed a bit inexperienced during peak hours, which affected the overall efficiency.
Location
9.0
The hotel is conveniently located near a water park and other attractions, making it easy for family fun.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast was decent with a variety of options like eggs and sausages, but some items ran out quickly and were not replenished in a timely manner.
Facilities
8.0
The water park and common areas were enjoyable, although the cleanliness could be improved.
